Hello, I’m Gracie! Whenever I’m asked the classic DMV question—”What do you do?”—I feel incredibly grateful to say that I’m a counselor. For me, this work is deeply meaningful because it allows me to create a safe, accepting space where clients can show up exactly as they are. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people in their journey toward healing and growth.
My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility. I believe that every client’s story is made up of many puzzle pieces—past experiences, relationships, beliefs, and emotions—that shape how they see themselves and the world. Together, we explore these pieces to gain insight, identify patterns, and develop goals that support lasting change.
I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Theory into my work. I provide counseling for individuals (ages 12+) and couples navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, disordered eating, relationships, identity, life transitions, low self-esteem, self-harm, and perfectionism. I am especially passionate about working with adolescent girls and women, empowering them to embrace their worth and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. For those who desire, I also incorporate spirituality into sessions.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me dancing, hiking, playing sports, spending time with friends, traveling, and hunting for great thrift store finds.
If you’re looking for a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow, I’d love to walk alongside you.
