Life is full of challenges, uncertainties, and moments of growth. As a counselor, it is my privilege to walk alongside you through both the highs and lows, creating a safe and supportive space where healing can take place. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, empathy, and respect—so that together, we can work toward positive change, strengthen resilience, and promote overall wellness.
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University, specializing in working with children and adolescents. In my work with young people, I draw from a variety of therapeutic models, including play therapy, trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy. I also have experience working with adults and groups navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance use, relational conflict, neurodiversity, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma.
I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it—there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs, incorporating culturally informed care and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Christian counseling.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m passionate about sports and enjoy playing lacrosse, basketball, and football, as well as cheering on the Washington Commanders and UVA lacrosse. When I’m not on the field, I love spending time with friends, connecting with nature, and getting lost in a good book.
If you’re looking for a space to process, heal, and grow, I would be honored to walk that journey with you.
