Do you find yourself struggling with unwanted sexual behavior? Are you tired of feeling isolated, ashamed, and alone? It’s time to take control of your life and start your journey towards healing and growth.

Whether you’re struggling with compulsive pornography use, infidelity, or other forms of unwanted sexual behavior, our men’s counseling group can help. Our program is led by trained therapists who understand the unique challenges facing men who struggle with unwanted sexual behavior. We provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for men to address their unwanted sexual behavior and work towards healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

Research shows that unwanted sexual behavior is often a symptom of deeper emotional wounds and traumas. We believe that healing starts by addressing these underlying issues, rather than simply treating the behavior itself.

Our experienced and compassionate counselors are here to guide you every step of the way. Through a combination of group discussions and proven therapeutic techniques, we’ll help you understand the root causes of your unwanted sexual behavior and develop the tools you need to overcome it.

Join our brotherhood of men who are committed to ending unwanted sexual behavior and transforming their lives. You’ll find the support, guidance, and accountability you need to make lasting change and build healthier relationships.

Don’t let unwanted sexual behavior control your life any longer. Take the first step towards healing and growth today by contacting us for a free consultation. It’s time to start living the life you deserve.

Resident in Counseling

Life is a journey, and as we walk our path, we oftentimes need someone to help us along the way. Sometimes, we have wounds that need to be healed, or obstacles that we need help removing. Sometimes, we simply need a companion to get through a difficult stretch of the road. As a therapist, it is my privilege to act in each of these roles – walking with you for a time to help you grow and heal.

With a background in education, I have nearly a decade of experience working with individuals and families navigating family transition, divorce, blended families, trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I am also interested in coming alongside couples as they process relational concerns and life stage transitions, and have completed extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couples’ Therapy (EFT).

Having lived internationally for many years, I am passionate about issues of reverse culture shock and cross-cultural hurdles. I pull from multiple therapeutic approaches including attachment theory, family systems theory, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Wherever you’re at in your story, it would be my privilege to walk alongside you.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me on the playground with my children or lost in a book with a good cup of coffee.
